We get to meet up, sip our coffee together, and talk about your health and wellness goals.

Once you submit your application to work together one-on-one, I will review it within 24 hours and will let you know if I think we would be a good fit together.

  • 28-DAY NUTRITION AND ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM INCLUDES: A 45-MINUTE INITIAL CONSULTATION WITH A 28-DAY MEAL PLAN, AND 2 45-MINUTE COACHING CALLS ($295 INVESTMENT)

THREE-MONTH PACKAGE:

  • 90-DAY TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM: A 45-MINUTE INITIAL CONSULTATION, MEAL PLAN, 12 45-MINUTE COACHING CALLS ($2997 INVESTMENT)
